QOV Sew-in

Last weekend a local V.F.W. Auxiliary offered their facilities for three days of sewing quilts for those touched by war. About a dozen of us toted our sewing machines, tools, fabrics, etc. back & forth. (It was not an overnight event.) Including some completed quilts & some almost completed, we will meet our goal of having forty for a special presentation fall.

Here are photos of two tops I completed during the weekend

Old Glory #1

This pattern was recently in Quiltmaker & provides a great way to use strips. It was so easy I made a second.

Old Glory #2
