Another grandchild’s block

Visiting family offers the chance for grandchildren to approach me with desires to make quilt blocks. A few days ago a granddaughter, nine, completed a fusible applique block under my instruction. I thought her choice a bit sophisticated for her abilities, but we made it through satisfactorily.
